At Spectra Tech Group LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 14-DAY RETURN PERIOD
In accordance with UK Consumer Rights, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We accept returns from all over the world within the 14-day window.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs & Duties: For international returns, any original customs duties or taxes paid via our DDP service are non-refundable, as these are collected by government authorities and cannot be recovered by us.
3. DDP SERVICE & REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
For orders shipped via our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service:

Required Documentation: If a delivery fails because the customer refuses to provide the required identification or customs documentation (such as National ID or KYC documents) requested by the courier to facilitate clearance, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from any potential refund.

Refused Packages: If you refuse a shipment for any reason, you remain responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse.
4. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, you must contact us at info@spectratechgroup.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
