  • Price Guarantee: The price displayed on the product page is the final price you pay.

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For the majority of international destinations, we provide a DDP service. This means all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are pre-paid by us. You will not face unexpected charges upon delivery.

3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We use premium carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure the safe transit of our professional equipment.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (International).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing in the destination country.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can monitor your shipment directly via the carrier’s website.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS (BATTERIES)

To comply with international aviation safety regulations regarding the transport of sensitive electronic equipment:

  • Batteries: Our instruments (such as the RD9300 Detector) require a 9V 6F22 alkaline battery.

  • Important: In most cases, batteries are NOT included in the shipment. We recommend purchasing high-quality alkaline batteries locally for optimal performance.

6. DAMAGES AND LOSS

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@spectratechgroup.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required to process a claim with the carrier.

  • In the event of a confirmed lost shipment, we will work directly with the carrier and ensure a replacement or refund is provided according to our terms.
