1. Order Processing Time 
As a manufacturer, Spectra Tech Group processes and prepares orders with certified care.

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

Note: Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or for large distribution orders.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide, regardless of value. The price displayed on the product page is the final price you will pay. 

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.


International: 7–15 business days

We use reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS to ensure safe transit of our sensitive electronic equipment.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. 

4. Shipping Restrictions & Special Handling (Batteries)
Due to international shipping regulations, please note the following restriction regarding power sources:

Batteries: Our instruments, such as the RD9300 Detector, require a 9V 6F22 (alkaline battery is a must) for operation. To comply with shipping safety regulations, batteries are generally NOT included in the shipment.

5. Damages, Loss, or Delays
Spectra Tech Group is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
